Unfortunately, we now get so much unsolicited junk email that it is becoming increasingly difficult to spot the genuine enquiries.

As a result, if you are contacting us for the first time (or from a new email address that we aren't likely to have on record) we suggest that you send an email to contact at elegantchaos.com, and include the word unsolicited in the subject field of your mail.

If you follow these steps, our highly trained filters will hopefully rescue your email from the torrent of gibberish that we normally receive, and pass it on to a human for a sensible response!

If you do send us an email and get no response, please don't take offense. Check that you've followed the steps mentioned above, and if necessary just try again.

Hopefully, one day soon, someone will get round to sorting out a sensible standard for un-spoofable email...
